Manuel Rozental is a Colombian surgeon and activist who is active with the Association of Indigenous Councils of Northern Cauca and a representative of the Polo Democrático Alternativo, a Colombian opposition party.
The following talk was recorded as part of the Council of Canadians BC-Yukon Regional Meeting, which took place in Vancouver on April 18th, 2009.
