This forum invites immigrant, ethnic, and racialized communities across the Lower Mainland to increase their awareness and understanding of Indigenous Peoples' histories, struggles and resistance. In support of Idle No More!
Panel speakers will discuss past and recent laws that affect Indigenous Peoples’ self-determination. The forum will also look at historical and contemporary settler colonialism in Canada. What is our place and role in building respectful relations with Indigenous Peoples and their lands?
