Dear Friends
Vancouver supports the freedom of speech and expression of Turkish protesters in Turkey. We condemn the irresponsible, unprovoked use of brutal police force against peaceful demonstrators who are concerned about the destruction of one of the last remaining public parks at the city center. We stand united with Turkish People in their rise against government oppression and their fight to protect their secular and modern Republic founded 90 years ago.

Tomorrow(June 3rd, 2013) Vancouver Turks will be meeting in front of the Vancouver Art Gallery at 7pm to support Turkey. We need your support! Please join us!
