This year Shout back! Fest will be co-hosting an Anarchist bookfair. The bookfair will take place on unceded coast salish territories, on August 9th. Starting in 2012, with a zine library, the festival expanded into a zine fair for 2013, and this year we are excited to announce our first ever Anarchist bookfair as part of the Shout Back! Festival. The bookfair shares the current SBF Manifesto and organizing principles. 

If you are interested in tabling (you are a bookseller, distributor, independent press, collective, diy label, etc.) make sure to read our mandate, the shout back manifesto, and our safer spaces agreement, to make sure this bookfair is the right bookfair for you! 

Please provide a description of your project and whether you need a full table, or half a table, as well as any other materials you will be bringing, or may need.

What We AreShout Back Festival is an annual anti-capitalist, all ages, D.I.Y., feminist music festival by and for people of colour, gay, trans*, queer, indigenous people and women. Shout Back is a celebration in smashing patriarchy - a full weekend of workshops, live music  and for the first time, an all-day anarchist book fair. Taking place on Unceded Coast Salish Territories (Vancouver BC) on August 7, 8, 9 and 10 2014.
