Wrap up 2014 with an evening of documentary films, rhythms and rhymes against war and occupation!

Join Mobilization Against War & Occupation (MAWO) as we come together and reflect on the last year of organizing as the leading antiwar, anti-occupation coalition in Canada.

The evening will also celebrate the birthday of Wikileaks Whistleblower Private Chelsea Manning. Chelsea is being forced to mark her 27th birthday from behind prison bars, where she is serving an unjust 35 year sentence. We celebrate Chelsea Manning as a soldier of humanity who stood up and exposed US war crimes. We will also be joining coordinated solidarity actions in Boston, London, San Francisco, Berlin, and Philadelphia.

 

As we near 2015, join MAWO in  reaffirming our commitment to continue educating, organizing and mobilizing to demand, “No to War and Occupation! Yes to Self-Determination!”
