This October Japansese anarchists sponsored a tour by Vancouver video
activist Franklin Lopez to screen his new film, END:CIV. Frank will discuss
how efforts to shut down nuclear power plants, protests against
homelessness and anti-racism struggles are galvanizing the Japanese around
radical social change. His talk features video footage of protests and
interviews with activists.
