When did environmental activism get the label "terrorism"? This 2012 film by Vancouver Island producer Jennifer Pickford compiles the personal stories of six environmentalists: Tre Arrow, Derrick Jensen, Tzeporah Berman, Ruth Masters, Ingmar Lee, and Zoe Blunt, plus a bonus speech by Mona Polacca. Pickford unflinchingly focuses on histories filled with police repression, violence, and jail, and finding the courage to persevere. Q & A to follow the film.
