» More information

"Bridging Cultures" has been organized due to a very unfortunate assault of an Indigenous woman Sunday February 17.

This Idle No More Rally is being organized in conjunction with Indo-Canadian and South Asian community members to put an end to violence against women.

Both Indigenous and South Asian women have suffered too much violence and this must come to an end.

Please attend and show support to the young woman that was assaulted. And also send a very clear message to the authorities and community members that this kind of assault is not acceptable.

Translink instructions how to get to Newton Wave pool from Surrey Central Skytrain. Catch bus #321 from bay # 10, get off at Newton Wave Pool busloop. Bus comes about every 8 minutes, it is a 19 minute bus ride.
