22nd Annual Women's Memorial March

About 3000 people came to this years annual Women's Memorial March in Vancouver on unceded Coast Salish land. More Marches were held throughout the country.

It's not so much about Valentines day in a traditional sense, but to remember the ones that for sure won't be back.

Vancouver as a centre of colonialism has a bit of a history of oppression and murder. and ignorance. In light of the recently failed sham inquiry watch the families and the communities of the victims mourn their loved ones.
