Vancouver City Council Member assures the cheering crowd of local taxpayers that she is in agreement with scientific reports that we are on the wrong path with fossil fuels & Vancouver cannot accept expansion of tanker traffic or pipelines on the BC Coast.
Andrea goes on to say: we need to not only disallow this proposed expansion "we also need to be pushing back what already exists".

There simply is no such thing as a totally safe oil pipeline project & spills are currently being reported to occur at least seven times each month.
