On Nov. 27, Kinder-Morgan was refused an extension to continue their work on Burnaby Mountain under a court-granted injunction. Furthermore, over one hundred of those arrested in resistance against the Houston, TX oil giant will have their charges dropped, due to Kinder Morgan submitting false GPS coordinate in order to have RCMP remove protestors from much greater distances (an extra 30 meters) from their work sites.

RCMP arrested 125+ people (including detained children) since the miss-applied court ordered injunction went into effect last week. Tension between police and protestors have been intensifying, while the Mayor of Burnaby went on record to support the protestors saying, “This is going to be war.”
