To all of you who hear our voice, who have understood that these crimes against us, mothers, daughters, spouses, sisters can not continue, to those who constantly denounce the aggression of which we are victims, as women, as peoples, as Triquis, and in autonomy.
Today, September 7 at about 12:45, our sisters Natialia Cruz Bautista, 42 years, and Francisca de Jesús Garcia, 45 years (both were present in the city of Oaxaca with the parents of the Fin Jyri Jaakkola who was killed on April 27 together with Alberta "Bety" Cariño) were intercepted in one of the north side districts on the way to the Autonomous Municipality of San Juan Copala, after returning from the capital with goods for their families. They identified the agressors as: Antonio Cruz Gracia, Ramiro Domínguez Gracia, Julio Cesar Martínez Mórales, and Mauro Vázquez.
They were intercepted as they travelled to Copala. Francisca de Jesús managed to escape, though whe was injured as she got away, while the compañera Natalia Cruz Bautista was beaten, threatened, had her hair cut, and was raped and left naked by the members of the extinct [paramilitary group] UBISORT, which today is in hiding in other communities and with other organizations in the region which we have already denounced. These actions add to the violence and the politics of paramilitarism maintained by the government of Ulises Ruiz Ortiz, as well as the networks of control and narcotrafficking of Jorge Franco.
We are sure that this aggression was committed within the framework of the national and international campaign in which we are demanding justice for Bety Cariño, and in which as an autonomous municipality we demonstrate, we are convinced that these attacks are done with the goal of making impunity pacts with the federal government, as well as as an act of pressure against the new government.
Enough already of aggressions against us!

A todas y todos ustedes que escuchan nuestra voz, que han comprendido que no puede seguir estos crímenes contra nosotras, madres, hijas, esposas, hermanas; quienes denunciamos constantemente las agresiones de las que somos victimas, como mujeres, como pueblos, como triquis y como autónomas.
El día de hoy 7 de septiembre como a las 12:45 nuevamente nuestras hermanas, Natalia Cruz Bautista de 42 años y Francisca de Jesús Gracia de 45 años (quienes se encontraron en la ciudad de Oaxaca con los padres del Finlandés Jyri Jaakkola asesinado el 27 de Abril junto con Alberta “Bety” Cariño) fueron interceptadas en una de las veredas de lado norte que conduce al Municipio Autónomo de San Juan Copala, después de regresar de la capital con víveres para sus familias. Identificando a los agresores quienes son: Antonio Cruz Gracia, Ramiro Domínguez Gracia, Julio Cesar Martínez Mórales, Mauro Vázquez.
Cuando estaban en camino a Copala fueron interceptadas, Francisca de Jesús logro darse a la fuga, sin embargo fue herida en su huida, mientras que la compañera Natalia Cruz Bautista fue golpeada, amenazada, cortándole su cabello, dejándola desnuda y violada por los sujetos de la extinta UBISORT que hoy es cobijada por otras comunidades y organizaciones de la región de las cuales hemos denunciado anteriormente, lo que se suma nuevamente a las acciones de violencia y a la política de paramilitarismo que mantiene el gobierno de Ulises Ruiz Ortiz, así como a las redes de control y narcotráfico de Jorge Franco.
Estamos seguras que esta agresión se comete en el marco de la campaña Nacional, internacional en la que exigimos justicia para Bety Cariño, en donde como municipio autónomo nos manifestamos, estamos convencidas que estos actos de agresiones son con el fin de acordar pactos de impunidad con el gobierno federal, así como un acto de presión contra el gobierno entrante.
