On February 26 2010, Critical Mass took off from the Vancouver Art Gallery.Ignoring the continuous rain, Massers showed up to form a sizeable contingent of around 100 people.Tom Childs, who has been with Critical Mass for nine years, was enthusiastic about the endeavour. "It's great to ride together in solidarity," he said. "There are times when you cork an intersection and stop cars, you're telling them the world is changing. Car culture doesn't work anymore."
