The explosive Cohen Commission Report released on October 31 details the risks of the salmon farming industry recommending they cease to operate if risk is found to be greater than minimal. Deaf to this, the government of British Columbia is considering the renewal of salmon farm leases. We have to shut off the source of this viral spill, these leases must not be renewed. Judge Cohen himself concluded "that the potential harm posed to Fraser River sockeye salmon from salmon farms is serious or irreversible."
