Gail Davidson, Lawyers Rights Watch Canada explains to the public the rights and freedoms which Bill C51 was designed to remove form our constitution, which so many members of our past generations gave their lives fighting for.
To just sit back and passively accept this from a Government System which appears not to be listening to the public or even Lawyers concerns, is simply not acceptable by any stretch of the imagination.
Then to pose all this in defense of terrorism appears to defy common sense because of one deranged individual causing the incident at the parliament buildings.  It is often quoted online: "the chances of getting killed by an aggressive Moose are greater than from a terrorist attack here in Canada," unless the Government fears the citizens they are paid to listen to and represent ?.
To many, C51 seems more likely designed to cut back on people’s rights to voice opposition to a government which has repeatable shown it is not listening to the people, who pay their wages and benefits or even the legal or scientific community at large.
Stand for your rights before we all live in a police state where peacefully demonstrating against Government policy becomes illegal because the economy comes first.  Humanity, our environment & the well-being of all living things falls to the bottom of the list  !
Get out and vote for our childrens future and freedoms, no excuse is acceptable.
