Locked out Rocky Mountaineers Rally

5:30am
- 8:30am
Tuesday April 24 2012

Address: 1755 Cotrell St. (Cotrell and Terminal, behind the home depot)

We would like to invite you to a rally at the Rocky Mountaineer Train
Station, 1755 Cotrell St. (behind the home depot)

Tuesday April 24 between 5:30am and 8:30am to stand in solidarity with the
Rocky Mountaineer workers who have been locked out for 10 months.

Tuesday is the first train departure of the 2012 season and the company is
continuing to refuse to negotiate (last negotiation was July 8, 2011) and
has hired a new batch of replacement workers aka scabs.

The train is leaving at appropriately at 8:00am, so please feel free to
come by and show your support anytime between 5:30am and 8:30.

The workers have been picketing all winter and need your help to send a
strong message to the company to come back to the negotiation table.
Please note that we request that all solidarity picketers ensure that they
strictly adhere to the injunctions that are in place and to refrain from
anything that may appear as an effort to impede, or intimidate. Yes, this
also includes glaring. If you are unclear on what these are please ask to
speak to a picket captain upon arrival at the line.

Thank you for your time and attention.
