Join the Wilderness Committee as we stand with representatives from First Nations, and environmental and citizens groups to say NO! to mining in the Clayoquot Sound UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

Vancouver-based Imperial Metals Corporation has big plans in Clayoquot. The proposed Catface and Fandora mines would have devastating environmental impacts, threatening wild salmon and the region’s iconic rainforests.

A rally will be held outside Imperial Metal’s Annual General Meeting, and will feature speakers from Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation, Ahousaht First Nation, the Wilderness Committee, Clayoquot Action, and the Friends of Clayoquot Sound.
