Excited to announce our very first event, at the new anarchist space in Blood Alley!

Saturday, November 23rd, 6pm.

38 Blood Alley Square

A fundraiser and awareness raising event for Mi’kmaq Warriors who are facing multiple charges from an October 17th RCMP raid on an anti-shale gas blockade in Elsipogtog, Mi’kmaq Territories (New Brunswik).

Cost: 5$-20$ (Suggested donation, no comrade turned away for lack of funds).

Will include dinner (with a vegan option), short videos and a spoken presentation.

Please note that the videos will be captioned in english by the radical access mapping project. See more here:  http://radicalaccessiblecommunities.wordpress.com/subtitled-videos/  

Also, the bathroom is located on the same level as the rest of the space, but is currently too tight for someone using a scooter to fit, but some wheelchair users may be able to access it. I understand that there are plans to make some changes to expand the bathroom space. Stay tuned for updates.
