Dear Mr Grossutti,
It's with great earnest that I convey this message to you today. I want to preface it with a feeling of regret, sorrow, and a commitment to self-betterment.
With the utmost sincerity I want to express my greatest apologies for the manner in which we first became acquainted on March 15, and what I did to make that ill-fated first impression. Looking back on it, it's all too clear to me how my actions and past impressions of you and your fine establishment were egregiously incorrect, unfounded and undeserved. And for that I apologize.
I want you to know that I have spent these past few months in a state of great reflection. I understand now after learning about all the wonderful work that you do in the neighborhood that you are in fact only trying to help.
Please consider this my commitment to positive change, peace and the wellbeing of all. I hope that the next time we meet each other, if our paths cross again, that we can meet each other with smiles, understanding and comraderie.
All the best,
